Monmaks d.o.o., Bulevar Crnogorskih serdara 5/1 (ulaz E, stan 7), 81000 Podgorica, Montenegro, is responsible for your personal data. Contact: office@monmaks.me.

With your consent, we use your form answers and submission date to manage your TakeConcept early-access registration and contact you about it. Providing these details is voluntary; without the necessary information and consent, we cannot register your interest.

We send marketing updates only with your separate consent. You can withdraw either consent at any time by emailing us, without affecting processing already carried out.

We use Lovable Analytics to measure website traffic without cookies. We also count form openings, first field interactions and successful saves separately for architects and buyers. These counters record the event, form type, date and a random key for each opening to prevent duplicate counts. They do not include names, emails, form answers, project links, consent records or referral information. The key is not stored in your browser or reused across openings.

Submissions are private and accessible to authorised personnel and providers supporting the website. We use Lovable Cloud, with the live database in Frankfurt, Germany. Our Lovable Business plan includes a Data Processing Agreement. Processing may involve countries outside the European Economic Area; Lovable’s agreement provides for applicable transfer safeguards, including EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Contact us for information about these safeguards.

We retain early-access submissions for up to 12 months from submission, unless you request deletion earlier. At the end of this period, we delete the information. Deleted entries may remain temporarily in backups until those backups expire.

You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion, withdraw consent, or exercise other rights available under applicable law, including restriction, objection and portability where applicable. We respond without undue delay and within the time limits required by applicable law. If you are in the EEA, you may also complain to the data protection authority in your country of habitual residence or work. You may also complain to Montenegro's Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information: www.azlp.me.
